Instructions to Authors
Authors are invited to submit original research papers that have not been published or under review elsewhere.
All submissions should follow the conference's formatting guidelines and page limits, which will be provided on the conference website.
Papers must be submitted electronically through our online submission system.
Paper Length:
Submissions must not exceed 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Papers should be formatted according to the Springer LNNS conference paper style guidelines.
Paper Submission:
Full papers should be submitted through the conference management system in PDF format.
Ensure that the submitted paper strictly adheres to the LNNS conference paper style guidelines.
Submission Templates
Authors are invited to submit original research papers that have not been published or are under review elsewhere.Authors are required to use the provided SpringerLNNS LaTeX Template template or LNNS Word Template for manuscript preparation.All submissions should follow the conference's formatting guidelines and page limits.

Important Instructions to Authors
All papers will go through a rigorous review process and plagiarism check including AI-generated content (e.g., ChatGPT).
Authors must obtain permission from the Rights Holder if they include any 3rd Party Materials in their papers
(Springer Third Party Permission Guidelines: Third-party permissions | Policies | Springer Nature ).
Any paper can be removed at any stage from the conference presentation/proceedings if violated any of the stated conditions or publisher's rules.
Accepted papers will be presented by their authors at The C3AI 2024 conference.
All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and will be submitted to Springer for inclusion as a volume of Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, subject to formatting and copyright requirements and plagiarism check.

Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the international program committee. The review process will ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of each submission. Authors will receive notification of acceptance and review feedback within the specified timeline.
Registration
Authors of accepted papers must register for the conference to present their work. Details about the registration process, including fees and deadlines, will be provided on the conference website.
Paper Presentation:
Accepted papers will be presented in oral or poster sessions during the conference.
At least one author of the accepted paper must register for the conference to present the work.
Authors are required to ensure that their submissions have not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published in the Springer LNNS series.
