• All submitted papers ( English Only)  will go through a rigorous review process and plagiarism check including AI-generated content (e.g., ChatGPT).

• Authors must obtain permission from the Rights Holder if they include any 3rd Party Materials in their papers 

(Springer Third Party Permission Guidelines: Third-party permissions | Policies | Springer Nature ).

• Any paper can be removed at any stage from the conference presentation/proceedings if violated any of the stated conditions or publisher's rules.

• All accepted and registered papers (with License to Publish (After Submission ( English Only) and Successful Camera Ready Paper Submission )will be published in the conference proceedings, and will be submitted to Springer for inclusion as a volume of  Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, subject to formatting and copyright requirements and plagiarism check.

Authors are invited to submit original research papers that have not been published or are under review elsewhere. All submissions ( English Only) should follow the conference's formatting guidelines and page limits.
